"Pick that up in the new year."

I heard this expression this week. I've heard it in previous years, but never at the beginning of November!

At what point do you think 2025 is tapering into the new year?

I reckon there's a stack of opportunity in the nearly two months left.

Beyond pushing on to complete the things you set out to do, it might be that you spend some of that time reviewing and setting direction for what's to come.

So just because red cups have appeared in Starbucks and the TV ads are filled with festive appeals, make sure you decide what the close-out of '25 will look like for you.
